I had the opportunity to attend the scenario based workshop where I learnt numerous skills including basic first aid, respiratory examinations, and practiced manual dexterity through suturing. During this workshop, I had the chance to listen to my own lung sounds. At that moment when I first picked up the stethoscopes, it felt like my lifelong dream has come true. I left the workshop feeling inspired by the work of the 4th year medical students, and hoping that one day I would get a chance to be a part of the joint program, moving me closer towards my goal of being a kind and selfless doctor with international knowledge competency and an open mind.
